I went to tour the Royal Palace and took 14 boys with me. Again I noticed the self-nucleating nature of the children. In a busy, crowded place, the boys kept the group together and made sure no one got left behind.  It was interesting to tour the palace with the boys. To see things through the filter of 14 children.

14 ice creams. 14 happy kids.

I parted company with the gang, they tuk-tukked back to the orphanage and I took another stroll through the streets of the capital. I visited Sambo the elephant that hangs out at Wat Phnom, the hilltop temple that gave Phnom Penh is name.
