One
of the big problems with Interbike is that it tend to fall bang in
the middle of the aspen season. So it was with relief and excitement
that I found out that I hadn't missed the whole show.

Northern New Mexico was just about prime.
Saturday was a work day. I churned demos pretty much all day and
finally snuck out for a teeny little ride late that afternoon that I
was far too tired to enjoy at all.
But the next day a group of us headed up to Taos to ride the South
Boundary Trail.

Our leader, on a sweet Titanium Arc.

Ted, an old friend from Austin. Considering the sheer size of the
American West, it is always amazing how you can cross paths with people.
